Why enrol:
- Deepen your understanding: Explore the complex issues surrounding equality and diversity through three core units teaching you how to apply your knowledge in real-world settings. - Improve campus culture: Play a pivotal role in championing inclusivity, diversity, equality, and belonging to create an environment where all students and staff feel valued and respected.
- Flexible learning: With an estimated completion time of 10 weeks, the course is fully online and self-paced. You will benefit from an experienced assessor on hand to help you with any questions you might have and can flexibly schedule your study around pre-existing commitments.
- Professional recognition: Validate your expertise by gaining a fully accredited Level 2 certificate by NCFE CACHE, a well-established and nationally recognised awarding body. UK employers are often looking to improve equality and diversity within their companies, so having a qualification in this area is a great addition to any CV which can provide a solid foundation for further study and/or career development.
